GLS Next Summit

GLS Next Gen Rwanda is more than a leadership event—it is a transformative journey that awakens the leadership potential, faith, and purpose of young people. Designed for young professionals and students, the program provides practical resources, mentorship, and a vibrant community to empower youth to become confident leaders who drive positive change in schools, families, and communities.

By blending world-class insights with local relevance and faith-driven values, GLS Next Gen ignites a generation of principled, innovative leaders who are prepared to act with courage, think creatively, and serve with integrity.

This program connects youth to a global movement while remaining deeply rooted in Rwanda’s context. Participants will gain actionable tools to create solutions, collaborate across disciplines, and lead with resilience in the face of challenges.

GLS Next Gen Rwanda invites students and young professionals to imagine a brighter Rwanda and, more importantly, to contribute to building it—through bold action, purposeful leadership, and a supportive network that sustains their growth long after the program ends.
